A serving of 1.5 oz pea shoots provides apx 35% of the daily value of vitamin C and 15% of the DV of vitamin A. In comparison, this is seven times as much vitamin C as blueberries and four times as much vitamin A as tomatoes. They are also an excellent source of vitamin K, providing 66% in this serving size. High in vitamin B1, B2, and B6. A great source of Copper, Phosphorous, Folate, Manganese, Zinc, Folate, Niacin, Magnesium, Iron, Potassium, and Choline.

We are now offering live boxes that you can cut as desired and they will continue to grow back and maintain the highest nutritional values! The packaging for live shoots is sustainable, biodegradable, and compostable. They can sit on your countertop and will need some misting to keep the soil moist.
The harvested items will be packaged in plastic to preserve freshness and moisture. After harvest pea shoots need to be consumed within a couple of days for best nutrition and flavor but they can last 7-10 days in the refrigerator without extensive degradation. A sturdier shoot/microgreen overall.
