Food is medicine. Real food is whole food. Nutrient density is truly important to our health. This has been a strong theme in my life and university career. We started our farm just before the Covid19 pandemic. Knowing your food and being able to provide our own food became so much more imperative. As we continue to deal with inflation and shortages, we are keeping our products hyper local and moving towards programs that will help others do the same.
