Medium roast from Chiapas region in Mexico - grown organically, purchased fair trade, and locally roasted by Roast Master Lars Robison, co-founder & owner of Pine State Coffee in Raleigh, NC.

Tasting: Notes of cocoa, medium body and richness with mild bitterness and moderate astringency. It is an excellent coffee for espresso bevereages and packs excellent body with citrus, and malt overtones.
Excellent prepared in a wide range of methods.
Our Breakfast coffee is offered complimentary to our overnight guests, freshly ground to order. We will also be sampling during market hours on Saturday mornings.
