Philip and Mackenzie founded Haw Honey in Saxapahaw, NC in 2018. “We started with 10 hives, and now manage about 60 on the farms in Saxapahaw. In 2021, Haw Honey became a certified nursery that grows over 200 species of North Carolina native plants. We couldn't do it without support from the community-- especially from Reverence Farm, Terrastay Farm, Saxapahaw Village Farm, and the Saxapahaw Pollinator Gardens”.
